Our Monthly Subscription Box

  1. How much a box cost?
    We are offering two different plans at this stages. Our Fantastic Four box, which includes 4 sheet masks is $14.99 per month. Our 8 Team Box, which includes 8 sheet masks is $27.99 per month.
  2. What is included in the box?
    The box includes 4 to 8 hand-picked, premium Korean sheet masks (4 masks in Fantastic Four Box and 8 masks in the 8 Team Box). We also include a brief guide for each and every sheet mask for you to get masking straight away and to help you understand exactly when and how to use your sheet masks to achieve their best results.
  3. How about shipping cost?
    We offer free standard shipping for all our monthly subscription box. You know, we love you!!! Express shipping is available for $10. We are currently not offering international shipping. Any further info regarding shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.
  4. What is the cut-off date to order a box?
    The cut-off date to order the current month box is the 25th day of each month. If you subscribe after the cut-off date, you will be receiving our following month box.
  5. When do you ship?
    For existing subscribers, we will pack and ship out to your nominated address via Standard Shipping before the 3rd day of every month. For new subscribers, we will process and ship your box within 24-72 hours after your subscription has been successfully submitted.
  6. When will I be billed?
    Subscribers are billed immediately for their first purchase. Recurring orders are billed on the first day of every month.
  7. How do I cancel my subscription?
    Oh babe, I am sorry to see you go. But as promised, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or hidden fees. You can simply log in to Your Account, go to subscriptions page and cancel your subscription. Or you can just email us and we will do the work for you.
  8. Can I receive a refund on a box I already ordered?
    Yes. If your order has not been shipped, you can email us and a full refund will be deposited into your method of payment. Recurring auto debit charges will have to be canceled before the first day of every month.

    If you wish to request for a refund once you’ve received your box, you must first return all item(s) in the box to us in their original condition within 14 days at your own expense.
